Her skills include drafting and prosecuting patent applications, developing IP strategies, conducting freedom-to-operate analyses, providing legal advice, and managing IP portfolio. Additionally, she is experienced in lecturing and leading workshops on IP and related topics. In her role as a European Patent Attorney, Johanna specializes in software, electronics, telecommunications, and signal processing, with a strong track record in the vehicle and mobile communication industries. Her roles at multinational companies have given her expertise in portfolio management, IP strategy, litigation, negotiations, and standard essential patents.
Apart from being a European Patent Attorney, Johanna has also obtained a Master of Law degree, LL.M., focusing on intellectual property, AI, and digitalisation. She is interested in the intersection of law, sustainability, and emerging technologies, aiming to shape IP rights to address societal challenges like climate change. Johanna also has experience in trademarks, inventor rights, IP-related agreements, and representing clients in the Patent and Market Court.

Uno possesses expertise in a wide range of technologies, including mechanical engineering, automation, materials, building and ventilation, heat transfer, vehicle technology, and process technology. He has significant experience in supporting and guiding companies and organizations in establishing strategies, as well as organizing and managing patent and IP processes. Lars is a seasoned and experienced Patent Consultant with a career in intellectual property that began in 2000. He brings extensive experience from his role as a Senior Patent Examiner at the Swedish Patent Office. Following his tenure there, Lars transitioned to the private sector, founding and operating his own patent consulting firm.
Lars's expertise encompasses a broad range of technical fields, with a particular focus on civil and mechanical engineering. He has significant experience in mining technology, rail technology, road and bridge technology, and pump and sealing technology. Lars is highly skilled in conducting novelty searches and performing thorough analyses for both patentability and infringement. Additionally, he is an EUIPO-certified IP Scan expert, providing specialized IP services to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
Based in Geneva, Switzerland, Lars works in close proximity to the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), allowing him to stay updated on PCT laws and regulations and remain connected with international IP developments.
